I met Lindsay in Denver through a mutual friend, a few months after I moved here. I met Woody through Lindsay. So on top of being one of my best friends, she's changed my in life significantly wonderful ways. About a year-and-a-half ago she moved to Austin, Texas and recently settled into a new place near the city.
It's always sad when my friends aren't close by, but I love an excuse to visit. When we weren't sleeping in until 10am, Lindsay, Nora (her dog), and I took on the town for a long weekend of adventure.
Note to self: Bug spray is always necessary. Humidity will always disrupt your beauty routine.
Radio Coffee + Veracruz taco truck. PSA: the Migas taco is where it's at.
Nora is 10-months old and has more energy than I've ever had in my entire life. So, we spent some time at a beautiful dog park.
This is the Greenbelt. It's a (super slippery) river and everyone comes here to cool off. On weekends it's packed with dogs, good vibes, and maybe some cold brews too.
Gorgeous sunset from Lucy's - delicious final meal
